As Catholics, we are blessed to have many faithful musicians, actors, and producers who use their talents to serve Christ and His Church. Audrey Assad is a convert to Catholicism with a writing style that is serene and reaches the depths of the heart. Saint Joseph Parish in Menomonie was blessed to have Audrey lead Saint Joe's in a night of music and prayer in 2016. Audrey is the proud daughter of a Syrian refugee, freely sharing her love of her father, her Syrian heritage, and the tragedy of the Syrian refugee crisis. Fr. Burns was a year ahead of Fr. James at Mundelein Seminary. A professional rap artist before entering seminary, Fr. Burns has found a way to balance being a parish priest and a Catholic rap performer, aka, Fr. Pontifex. Fr. Burns also has put together powerful spoken word videos that act as an apologetic for defending the Catholic faith.
